Interview

I just finished the first interview for job in my life yesterday.

The most unusual thing is the interview was done in English!! But the main problem to me probably is not English but that I have no experience of interview for my all life, so I don't know what they will ask to me and how to express myself.

At first, I tried to make a draft in English, but finally I realized the most important thing is I have to figure out what I want to express. Even in the basic question of self-introduction, I encounter a lot of obstacles. For instance, I don't know that should I mention my hometown? or should I mention about the school association too much? What characteristics of me I should emphasize?

Thanks for suggetions from many friends, finally I finished my last draft for some basic questions in English. I only spent half a day to make the expression fluent, but the performance was better than i thought.

In the moment of interview, there were two Japanese sitting behind the desk, smiling at me. They asked my feeling at first, "I feel a little nervious" I replied shyly. In conclusion, the period was pleasant since they were really kind and polite. Furthermore, When I expressed my though, they always gave me encourging feedback by smiling and nodding their heads.

This job opportunity is really hard to get since there are hundreds job finders and I'm not confident that I am good enough. However, even I can't pass the interview, I still admire that I completed the interview while prepared for it as best as I can. I am glad to experience all procedure of this interview. The most valuable part of it was done, now I want to compensate the lack in every aspect which be discovered in these three months.

Making all effort on something that can be controled by myself. Don't forget it.
